Our Story
RSD started with a simple conviction: that Oman's natural wealth is worth far more when it is developed with foresight and connected to the world with intent. Rather than treat resources, capital and industry as separate trades, we built one company to carry all three.
The name holds that idea. RSD comes from Rasad, the old Arabic word for watching the sky and reading what is coming. It is the word Arab astronomers used. It still describes how we work: observe closely, then act with precision.

Where We Operate
Our base is in Duqm, on Oman's Arabian Sea coast, close to the resources we develop and the deep-water port that moves them. From there we connect to buyers across Asia and investors across Europe.
